This post wraps up our weeklong stay at the Wyoming capital city of Cheyenne! There were so many sights and pictures that I had to break it up over two posts. Hope you enjoy!
Cheyenne, Wyoming – Another New State
Pat and I begin our 6-week tour of Wyoming in the capital city of Cheyenne, Wyoming! This is another new state for us and is number 28 for us to have spent at least one night in the RV since we started just over two years ago. We spent a week in this historic city and had a great time absorbing all that we could before moving on. Our commute from Fort Collins, Co to Cheyenne was a nice short 45 minute drive with no complications!
Wyoming, Here We Come!
Wyoming, Here We Come! Another new state for us in the RV! We will end up spending about six weeks traveling the state, so hope to get a good feel for the landscape, activities, people and the culture. Wyoming is a large state geographically (at #10), but is dead last in population. That sounds like many small towns and that is what we like. The Cowboy State has vast treeless plains, the Rocky Mountains, and the national parks of Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons.
