We finally have the house for sale after about a year of painting, updating, and downsizing our belongings. Going to try the for sale by owner first with a Zillow listing. I have heard many of the pros and cons, but want to try this first, then may list with a realtor.
We have also rented a mid-sized storage unit for the household items that we will keep. At some future point in time, our road adventures will be completed and we plan to locate somewhere in the south.
Wow, it was a great weekend weather-wise here in Virginia. About 65 degrees today and this is mid-February! Not complaining. I have not had the snow shovel out this year.
